The client required reliable engine startup under low and ultra-low temperatures and domestically sourced core components. Saiensi developed a targeted low-temperature start and power performance assurance system centered on an integrated electronic fuel pump, fully addressing the client’s pain points and meeting all requirements.
Their previously used electromagnetic pumps had high failure rates and frequently burned out controllers, posing serious vehicle safety risks. Saiensi custom-developed a brushless electronic fuel pump, successfully solving issues of high failure rates, high costs, and long procurement cycles. The client praised the product’s stable and reliable quality, effectively reducing customer complaints.
The client faced limited space in the engine layout, with the coarse and fine filters connected via piping, resulting in high costs. Saiensi customized a product integrating coarse and fine filters, replacing the manual oil pump with an electric pump, saving space, reducing costs and paper weight, and optimizing the piping design. The new product resolved the client’s issues and received unanimous positive feedback.
