Founded in 2012, Saiensi occupies an area of 85,266 square meters and is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a National Specialized and Innovative Enterprise, a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, and a Key Listed Reserve Enterprise of Hubei Province. The company has also been recognized as a National Public Welfare Construction Outstanding Contributor.
Adhering to the development principle of technology-driven growth and industrial focus, Saiensi is committed to the research and application of new technologies, new materials, and new products in the field of transportation equipment. Its product portfolio includes integrated electric fuel pumps, methanol pumps, new energy vehicle thermal management systems, electronic control units (ECU), seat supports, gas springs, and rubber sealing components.
These products are widely used in commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and passenger cars, and the company has established long-term strategic partnerships with nearly 50 domestic and international enterprises, supplying products directly to both domestic and overseas markets.
Saiensi continuously prioritizes technological innovation, building a comprehensive independent R&D and collaboration systems. The company maintains close cooperation with Wuhan University of Technology, Hubei University of Arts and Science, and Hubei University of Automotive Technology, ensuring strong technical and talent support.
Saiensi holds 106 authorized patents, including 12 invention patents, and has participated in drafting three national industry standards.
Its integrated electric fuel pump, independently developed and the first of its kind in China, has obtained five invention patents, 32 utility model patents, and one software copyright. The lightweight electronic fuel pump assembly developed on this basis won the 2019 China Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award.
The company operates an advanced technology center covering software development, hardware development, structural design, process engineering, and tooling design.
Saiensi employs 298 staff members, including 51 R&D engineers (17%), who oversee the entire process from product design and development to validation and production, ensuring comprehensive support for customized projects.
Equipped with a national-level laboratory, Saiensi possesses advanced testing facilities such as wind tunnel benches, Vibration Test Benches, high–low temperature shock chambers, three-coordinate measuring machines, EMC testers, X-ray testing machines, electronic test benches, and metal 3D printers.
Through precision analysis and testing procedures, the company accurately evaluates product structural strength, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy, guaranteeing compliance with strict quality standards.
With metal 3D printing, laser cutting, precision die-casting, and machining centers, Saiensi ensures rapid and accurate delivery of customized prototypes.
