Under the drive of the water pump, high-temperature coolant flows from the engine into the upper tank of the radiator. Inside the radiator core, the coolant circulates through numerous flattened tubes, where heat is conducted through the tube walls to the closely bonded cooling fins.
As the vehicle moves, incoming airflow or air drawn in by the cooling fan passes through the dense fin structure, carrying heat away into the atmosphere. The cooled liquid then gathers in the lower tank and is pumped back to the engine to absorb heat again, forming a continuous heat dissipation cycle.
